TLF is not responsible for orders that have been marked as “delivered,” but have not been received. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the courier’s responsibility to ensure delivery.
Please note: You must wait a minimum of 3 days after the package has been marked as delivered to file a claim with the courier.
Before submitting a claim, we suggest that you ask your neighbors, anyone else in your household or your front desk to make sure the package was not misplaced.

My package was marked as “not delivered” or “lost in transit”, will you reship my package?
In cases where a package has been marked as “not delivered” or “lost in transit”, TLF will reship the order.
